Authorized Service Center Locator

Important Reminder:  Please bring the battery and charger that was purchased with your Greenworks product or tool to the Authorized Service Center (ASC) to perform the necessary diagnostic testing.  Customers must present either a proof of purchase or a valid customer service warranty form provided by the Greenworks Customer Service Team upon arrival at the Dealer or Authorized Service Center (ASC) for repair.  Please note that Authorized Service Centers (ASCs) do not repair pressure washers.

When bringing your product to the authorized service center, there may be a small deposit that will be required when dropping off your tool. This deposit is refundable when the repair service is deemed to be covered under warranty. The owner must demonstrate reasonable care and use, as prescribed in the operator’s manual.  Should a product difficulty occur, you must, at your expense, deliver or ship your Greenworks unit to an authorized servicing dealer for warranty repairs (within the applicable warranty period), and arrange for pick-up or return of your unit after the repairs have been made.
