Having trouble connecting your Minibike to the app?

  1. Ensure that no one else is currently connected to the Minibike.
  2. Redownload the "smartG" app and follow the Quick Start Guide for connection instructions.

How do I connect my Minibike to the speakers?

  1. Open your phone’s Bluetooth settings and ensure Bluetooth is turned on.
  2. Look for a device name starting with GW-xxxxx.
  3. Note: This Bluetooth connection is separate from the app connection.

The Minibike powered on but won’t move. What should I do?

After powering on the Minibike, press the left-hand brake once to disengage Auto Park. An then switch to Drive Mode and begin riding.

Someone else is connected to the app, and I can’t disconnect them. What should I do?

If another user has previously paired with the Minibike, reset the unit by following these steps: 

  1. Power on the unit.
  2. Within 8 seconds of powering on, hold the brake for over 6 seconds to reset the connection.
  3. Follow the Quick Start Guide or app instructions to reconnect.

Can I adjust the speed beyond the preset Eco and Sport Modes?

No, speed adjustment is limited to the two preset modes: 

  • E (Economy Mode) – Lower speed setting
  • S (Sport Mode) – Higher speed setting 

It is recommended to start in low-speed mode (Eco Mode) for safety.

What is the top speed of the Minibike?

The Minibike can run up to 20 miles on a single charge (terrain and rider weight dependent). 

Top Speeds: 

  • Up to 25 MPH at Sport Mode
  • Up to 20 MPH at Eco Mode. 

It is the only Minibike in the industry with a reverse mode.

How long does it take to charge the Minibike's battery?

The included dual-port rapid charger fully recharges the battery in 90 minutes.

Can I use the Minibike in winter conditions?

The Minibike is IPX4-rated waterproof, meaning it repels splashing water from any angle. It should not be used in heavy rain or snow for safety and performance reasons.

What is the maximum rider weight capacity of the Minibike?

The maximum rider weight for Minibikes is 220 lbs.Designed for riders aged 14 and older.
