How do I search for a specific topic or tool?
Use the search bar at the top of the page and type in relevant keywords, a product
number, or a product name.
How can I find product details, owner’s manuals, and warranty information?
Each tool’s page explains the important features and specifications of the tool, in
addition to including links to the assembly guide, owner’s manual, and warranty
information. You can find a tool’s page by searching for the SKU or model
number, or by searching the tool type and voltage.
What if I can't find the information I need?

How can I see a particular Greenworks tool in person?
Greenworks tools are available from many brick and mortar retailers, including
Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Lowes, Tractor Supply, Costco, QVC, Menards, and
Northern Tool, although our largest selection is available online through our own
website. Call ahead or look online to check what products your store has in
inventory.
Ordering and Payment
How do I place an order?
Find the product or products you wish to purchase and click “Add to Cart.” From
there, the on-screen prompts will guide you through the purchasing process
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept PayPal, ShopPay, Google Pay, Venmo, and all major credit cards—
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Elo, JCB, and UnionPay.
Can I track my order status or delivery?
Yes! You can track your orders within the Account section of the website,
accessible from the icon in the top menu.
What is your return policy?
As a general rule, we accept returns for all new and unused products still in their
original packaging. There are a few exceptions, such as e-bikes, Greenworks
Renewed products, and sales in Alaska or Hawaii. We also offer returns on any
items damaged in shipping. To submit a return, use the return portal to imitative a
request within 30 days of receipt of shipment to receive a return shipping label.

Can I cancel my order?
Online orders placed from an account can be cancelled within 30 minutes of being
placed at no charge. Guest orders cannot be cancelled.

How do I create an account?
Simply enter your name and email address on the registration page, then check
your email for a verification link. Once your email is verified, you’ll be prompted

What does the "Account" section do?
On this page, you can access your order history, edit your personal information,
request a refund, and see your loyalty status.
What is “My Garage”?
My Garage is a place to register any Greenworks tools you have purchased by
using the model number and receive personalized support and accessory
recommendations for those tools.
What is the Loyalty Program?
Using the Greenworks website and shopping for tools can both give you Loyalty

How do I reset or recover my password and login details?
If you still have access to the email on your account, you can follow the reset
password link on the login page to change your password.
Can I reactivate an account from the former Greenworks website?
Yes! If you still know the email address associated with your former account, you
can migrate it to the new website and activate it on the new site by going through
the lost password process and clicking the “Previous user? Reactivate your
Account” text.
How do you protect my personal information?
Greenworks takes data security seriously. We protect all customer data using
industry-standard technology. You can edit your personal Privacy Settings using
the link in each page’s footer.

What warranty comes with your products?
Most Greenworks products come with a warranty to ensure our customer
satisfaction, but the warranty lengths and terms vary between different products

How do I submit a warranty claim?
We recommend contacting our customer support team for assistance with
properly submitting a warranty claim. They can be reached either using the online
