Online Cancellation Policy
At Greenworks, we work hard to get orders sent out in an expedited fashion and attempt to process all orders the day they were placed. If you have received an order confirmation number and need to cancel, please log in to your account within 30 minutes of ordering, locate the order and cancel*. If you did not register at checkout and checked out as a guest, you will NOT be able to cancel your order. If more than 30 minutes has passed, or you checked out as a guest, simply follow the return policy and ship the item back to our warehouse for a product refund.
If product is refused for delivery**, shipping and handling will be deducted from product refund.
Greenworks is not obligated but may apply store credit at our discretion.

Returns for Damaged Items
Follow the steps below if you have received a damaged.
1. Submit the request through the online return portal within 30 days of the shipment reception to begin the refund process.
2. It will take between 3 to 5 days to process the request.
3. Once approved, you will receive an email with return shipping instructions and will be provided with a return shipping label.
4. Affix the return shipping label provided to original packaging and return the original item.
5. Once we receive the shipment, we will process your refund.
It is important to note, that in order for the refund to be successful, you must include all accessories and items that were included as part of the original shipment delivered to you. This includes combo kits. All pieces of the combo kit must be included in the return in order for the refund to be successful. Please keep in mind that products must be unused.

Returns for Other Reasons
Follow the steps below if you are returning product for one of the following reasons*:

- Inaccurate description
- Item arrived too late

How quickly are orders processed?
At Greenworks, we are committed to sending out orders in a timely manner and make every attempt to process orders the same day they are placed.
When can I expect to receive my refund?
Please allow up to 7 - 10 days to receive and refund your return. Timeline estimates are based on the following factors:
- Shipping time once product has been picked up by carrier.
- Returned product inspection.
- Reflection of refund varies based on your financial institution.
Can I change the address to where I want my order to be shipped?
Once an order is placed, the order cannot be modified in anyway, including the shipping address. The order will need to be cancelled within 30 minutes and reordered with the new shipping address.
Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
Because we process orders so quickly, orders can only be cancelled up to 30 minutes after they have been placed.

Refund Policy
Please note that all riding mower, e-bike, go-karts and dual-stage snow blower sales are final and ineligible for a refund. If a return happens to be granted, please note that return shipping will be deducted from the refund per our policy.
When returning a product, please make sure to have the following documents and required information.
- All returns must be accompanied by all original proof of purchase documents.
- Ensure you fill out and place the Merchandise Return Form (provided with purchase) on/in the original packaging.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for all shipping costs in returning a product.
- If the order has shipped and customer requests to cancel, it is still the responsibility of the customer to pay for all shipping costs in returning a product.
- All returns must be in the original packaging and contain all original components. Without all the original components, including manuals, nuts, and bolts etc., the return will not be accepted. This includes combo kits. All items from the combo kit must be returned or the return will not be accepted. Upon arrival at our facilities, your return will be inspected for all parts and pieces for processing of your refund. Greenworks reserves the rights to refuse any returns upon inspection.
- Upon check-in of the returned package, the return will be inspected within 7-10 business days.
- Final sale or discontinued items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- We only accept returns and refunds for new and unused products.
We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our facility. You can expect to receive a refund within three weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate three weeks based on these factors:
- The time required for return shipping (up to 10 days)
- Product inspection at our return facility (up to 10 days)
- Processing from our financial institution (up to 3 days)
It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain the return tracking number provided by the courier you are shipping with. It is recommended to keep the tracking number in order to guarantee a refund. It also allows the product to be tracked if there is a shipping error.
Best Buy Local Pickup Refund FAQs
How long do I have to return an item?
- Returns can be made up to 30 days from the time you picked up your product at a Best Buy store.
Where do I return my product?
- If you purchased a product from Greenworkstool.com and you selected a Best Buy in-store pickup, any NEW and UNUSED item can be returned to a Best Buy store; any Best Buy store will accept your return. (Recommended option)
- The product can also be returned via the return process initiated on Greenworkstools.com, but this would require for the product to be shipped back to our Greenworks Tools Warehouse.
How long will it take to get a refund? In what form will I receive it?
- For all in-store returns, a refund should be provided within 7–10 business days from the date the return was accepted. If there is a problem with the refund, you will receive an email with additional details. You can check your order status via greenworkstools.com under purchase order history.
- Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched or missing major components may be denied a return. Please call Greenworks Customer Support at 1-888-909-6757.
Can I exchange my item in the store?
- In-store exchanges are not available. Best Buy offers returns through which a monetary credit will be issued to the original payment method.
Warranty
*Greenworks Pro products and batteries are protected against all defects in materials, parts or workmanship under normal use for a period of four years (90 days for commercial use) from the shipping date or in-store purchase date.
*Greenworks Pro Brushless AC Pressure Washers are protected against all defects in materials, parts or workmanship under normal use for a period of three years (tool) & ten years (brushless motor) from the shipping date or in-store purchase date.
*Greenworks products and batteries are protected against all defects in materials, parts or workmanship under normal use for a period of three years (90 days for commercial use) from the shipping date or in-store purchase date.
*Renewed/Refurbished products and batteries are protected against all defects in materials, parts or workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the shipping date or in-store purchase date.
Greenworks, at its own discretion, can opt to repair, replace, or substitute with comparable item for products that are determined to be defective through normal use, or that have been damaged during shipment. Proof of purchase and product registration is required. Replacement of products or parts subject to normal wear and tear is the responsibility of the customer.
This warranty is valid only for units which have been maintained in accordance with the instructions found in the owner’s manual supplied with the product; and for units which have been registered one of the following ways:

If Greenworks accepts a return under warranty, you can return the defective or damaged product only after you call our Customer Care team and receive a Return Authorization from Greenworks for repair or replacement. All batteries must be charged in accordance with the operator’s manual directions and regulations in order to be valid. See your owner’s manual for warranty details.
Items NOT covered by warranty*:
- Any part that has become inoperative due to misuse, commercial use, abuse, neglect, accident, improper maintenance, or alteration; or
- The unit, if it has not been operated and/or maintained in accordance with the owner’s manual; or
- Normal wear, except as noted below;
- Routine maintenance items such as lubricants, blade sharpening;
- Normal deterioration of the exterior finish due to use or exposure.
